OCPM provide a complete letting and management solution to busy landlords based locally and abroad. Our licensed letting agents work to ensure rents are maximised and costs are kept to a minimum.
We charge an annual letting & management fee and tenants are replaced at no additional charge. All third part costs such as: PRTB registration; BER certification; maintenance call outs; and repairs are charged at cost.
